The BOVAG general terms and conditions apply to all conversions, with the following additions and amendments:

• 1 year warranty on parts (EV Europe), 6 months on the conversion (in accordance with articles 14 and 15).

• All delivery dates are estimated dates (in accordance with articles 6 and 9).

• Conversion costs are estimates and may be higher in cases of force majeure (in accordance with article 9).

• Deposit: 50%, due 2 months in advance, with the remainder payable upon completion.

• Replacement parts cannot be claimed.
